147.000

The 147.000 repeater nears completion. The antenna was raised on 8/22/05. Although not on the air yet. SWIRA intents to use this new site, which is only 1.8 miles from the 147.045 site, for experiments and to serve as a backup to .045. Early on, this machine will be used for local traffic during long weather nets and to storm spot locally.
